The notes are as follows and form a 5 string chord. It starts on the open low E string, with the G at the 10th fret of the A string: E-G-B-D#-F# no open E. This is what the original guitarist, Vic Flick, has stated to me. I have since dubbed the inversion "The Vic Flick Chord". I hope this brings some clarification.
